Bucharest Marathon 2025 is a must-attend event for running enthusiasts and sports lovers. The event is organized by Bucharest Running Club and will take place on October 11–12, 2025.
The races take participants through some of the most iconic areas of the city, including the Palace of Parliament.
Marathon Race – 42KM

Start time: 09:00
Distance: 42.195 km
Time limit: 6 hours from the official start. Runners who finish after this interval will not be included in the ranking. After this time, roads will reopen to traffic, and the organizers cannot guarantee participants’ safety.
Start: Bd. Libertății, next to Izvor Park
Finish: Constitution Square
The circuit (AIMS/IAAF certified) is fully paved and marked every km.
