Placebo concert in Bucharest is one of the most expected concerts of this year. Placebo performs on July 30 at the Arenele Romane – Romanian Arenas in Bucharest.
Placebo is a famous London band Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal founded in 1994. The British alternative rock band rose to fame in the late 90s with a sound that blended grunge influences with Britpop catchiness. Here are some of their early hits that solidified their place in the alternative rock scene:
- „Nancy Boy” (1996): This glam-tinged anthem for individuality became a signature song, reaching number four on the UK Singles Chart.
- „Pure Morning” (1998): A lighter and more melodic track with a singalong chorus, „Pure Morning” cracked the top five in the UK and showcased Placebo’s ability to craft catchy alternative rock.
