SAGA Festival 2026: August 21-23, National Arena, Bucharest

SAGA Festival returns to Bucharest from August 21 to August 23, 2026, bringing three days of electronic music, live performances and large-scale festival production to the National Arena.

The 2026 edition marks a new chapter for one of Bucharest’s biggest music festivals. After previous editions were organised at Romaero Băneasa, SAGA moves to Romania’s largest stadium and one of the capital’s main concert venues.

International DJs, electronic music producers and Romanian artists will perform throughout the weekend, transforming the National Arena into one of Bucharest’s main music and nightlife destinations.

Let’s see what you need to know about SAGA Festival 2026 before heading to the National Arena.

Three Festival Days at the National Arena

Between August 21 and August 23, SAGA Festival brings three days of music and large-scale entertainment to the National Arena.

The new venue places the festival closer to Bucharest’s central neighbourhoods and public transport network, making it easier for both local audiences and international visitors to reach.

If you are travelling to Bucharest for SAGA Festival 2026, allow extra time to get there and check the official programme before leaving for the venue. The National Arena area is expected to be particularly busy throughout the weekend.

How to Get to SAGA Festival 2026

SAGA Festival 2026 takes place at the National Arena, located at Bulevardul Basarabia 37–39 in Bucharest.

The venue can be reached by metro, tram, bus, taxi or ride-sharing services. Piața Muncii is the closest major metro station, followed by a walk towards the stadium.

Visitors should use public transport whenever possible, as road restrictions, traffic congestion and changes to ride-sharing pickup points may occur around the National Arena during the festival.
