Sense4FIT Summit returns to Bucharest on August 29 and 30, 2026, bringing two days of fitness, health, wellbeing and active lifestyle experiences to Romexpo.
The event combines live workouts, international presenters, professional education, bodybuilding competitions, wellness activities and a large exhibition area. More than 100 trainers, athletes, doctors, coaches and specialists from over ten countries are expected to participate.

Sense4FIT Summit is designed for both fitness professionals and visitors interested in training, nutrition, longevity and a healthier lifestyle.
The event is divided into 14 areas offering workouts, masterclasses, workshops, competitions and interactive experiences. Participants can move between high-intensity training sessions, yoga, functional fitness, bodybuilding, cycling, dance, mindfulness and educational sessions dedicated to health and performance.
More than 10,000 fitness and wellbeing enthusiasts are expected at Romexpo during the two-day summit.

The 2026 edition brings several internationally recognised athletes, trainers and fitness personalities to Bucharest.
Lenda Murray
Eight-time Ms. Olympia champion Lenda Murray is one of the most successful athletes in the history of women’s bodybuilding. Her appearance brings an important international presence to the summit’s bodybuilding programme.
Brandon Curry
American professional bodybuilder Brandon Curry won the Mr Olympia title and is a four-time Arnold Classic champion. He joins the summit as one of the principal names representing professional bodybuilding.
Mike O’Hearn
Bodybuilder, actor and fitness personality Mike O’Hearn is known internationally for his long career in strength training, performance and fitness media.
Charlie Johnson
Fitness business coach Charlie Johnson will participate in the professional and educational side of the event, aimed at trainers, gym owners and entrepreneurs working in the industry.
The announced programme also includes Leo Ciobu, Yash Yoga, George Miron, Raluca Răducu, Ana Georgescu, Israel Mallebré, Din Saar, Moran Koren, Giulia Pagliaccia, Ivan Pavalachi, Alex Ferrante and Eduardo Da Silva.
Olympia Amateur Eastern Europe
Sense4FIT Summit 2026 will host Olympia Amateur Eastern Europe, bringing competitive bodybuilding to the Romexpo stage.
The competition gives athletes the opportunity to perform in front of an international audience and places the Bucharest event within the wider professional bodybuilding circuit.
For visitors, the competition is one of the weekend’s central attractions, alongside meet-and-greet sessions and appearances by leading bodybuilding personalities.
Workouts, Workshops and Fitness Experiences

The summit offers activities for different experience levels, from visitors looking to try a new workout to instructors and athletes interested in professional development.
The programme includes functional training, aerobic and step sessions, yoga, Pilates, dance, mobility, weight training and bodyweight workouts. Dedicated areas will also cover mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, longevity and recovery.

How to Reach Romexpo
Romexpo is located in northern Bucharest, close to King Michael I Park and the House of the Free Press. You can reach the exhibition centre by bus, taxi, or ride-sharing services.
Visitors using the metro can travel to Aviatorilor station and continue by bus, taxi or on foot through the Herăstrău area. Allow additional time during the morning access period.
