Simbio

Tucked away on Negustori Street no. 26, in a beautifully restored 100-year-old house, Simbio is one of Bucharest’s most beloved gastro bars. It's the kind of place where breakfast is served all day, the crème brûlée is unforgettable, and the garden, shaded by quince trees, is your summer hideaway.

At Simbio, you don’t just dine, you unwind. Whether you're working on your laptop, catching up with friends, or sipping something refreshing at the bar, everything feels relaxed and warm. The house pup, Marcel, is also known to greet guests and lift moods.

The open kitchen invites you to watch the chefs at work, preparing contemporary comfort food with a twist—think burgers, brunch dishes, fresh seasonal salads, and weekly lunch specials, made with local ingredients.

Brunch is a local favorite, from 10 AM to 5 PM daily. The special brunch menu on weekends includes everything from eggs Benedict to French toast and full English breakfast. From smoothies and lemonades to craft beer, wine, or cocktails—there’s something for every craving.

Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours. If there’s a wait, you can always enjoy a drink at the bar until your table is ready.

📍 Just a short walk from Piața Armenească, with excellent public transport connections and nearby public parking.
