Are you in Bucharest this weekend and looking for something different to do? Experience the atmosphere of Romanian football at DinamoFest, a pre-match event organised for supporters before Dinamo București’s home games.
The third edition takes place on Saturday, August 22, ahead of the SuperLiga match between Dinamo București and Universitatea Cluj. You can join the festival even if you don’t have a ticket for the match, making it an accessible way to discover the passion around one of Romania’s best-known football clubs.
What Is DinamoFest?

DinamoFest transforms the hours before a Dinamo home match into a complete football experience. Supporters gather near the stadium for music, food, drinks, activities and opportunities to socialise before kick-off.
The event is open to local supporters, families and foreign visitors who want to experience Romanian football culture beyond the 90 minutes played on the pitch.
Each edition is organised in connection with one of Dinamo București’s home fixtures, so the date, schedule and programme may change depending on the match.
DinamoFest 3.0: Date, Schedule and Location

The next edition of DinamoFest will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, between 17:00 and 21:15.
The event will be held on the training pitch next to Tribune II, inside the Arcul de Triumf Sports Complex. Participants can enter from Bulevardul Regele Mihai I al României.
This edition has a retro theme and includes music, supporter activities, a Dinamo official shop, a Superbet area, and food provided by Stradale.
Is DinamoFest Free?
Admission to DinamoFest is free, but every participant must complete a free online check-in before entering.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Their access is covered by the check-in completed by the accompanying adult.
Participation in DinamoFest does not include admission to the football match. A separate match ticket is required to enter the stadium.
Discover Arcul de Triumf Arena
The event takes place next to the modern Arcul de Triumf Arena, a compact stadium located near one of Bucharest’s most recognisable landmarks. Primarily associated with Romanian rugby, the arena also hosts football matches and offers visitors a more intimate match-day experience than the much larger National Arena.
Watch Dinamo București vs Universitatea Cluj
DinamoFest is followed by the SuperLiga match between Dinamo București and Universitatea Cluj.
The match takes place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 21:30, at the Arcul de Triumf Stadium. Tickets must be purchased separately.
Attending a Dinamo home game is an opportunity to experience a different side of Bucharest. Romanian football is known for its vocal supporters, club traditions and intense match-day atmosphere, and Dinamo remains one of the most recognisable names in the country’s sporting history.
A Different Weekend Experience in Bucharest
Bucharest offers museums, historical landmarks, restaurants and nightlife, but a local football match can reveal a part of the city that most conventional tours do not include.
You can start the evening at DinamoFest, meet local supporters, explore the fan areas and then continue with the match at the Arcul de Triumf Stadium. Whether you regularly follow football or simply want an authentic local experience, DinamoFest offers an unusual way to spend a Saturday evening in Bucharest.
As DinamoFest is organised before selected Dinamo București home matches, visitors should check the latest announced date, programme, location and access conditions before attending.
