PENNY Walking Competition (PENNY Competitie de Mers) is a free walking event. It has a unique activation: participants can buy fruits and vegetables only with their steps.
In addition, they will walk a specially created 15,000-step virtual route around Herastrau Park. The virtual route will be visible on the events’ walking app #walk15 after the event. It could be an additional value for tourists and locals, inviting city visitors to discover beautiful parts of Bucharest.
This unique event aims for the whole family to walk 15,000 steps (10.5 km) together. Discover new trails and enjoy a leisurely ride without the pressure of competing.
