Pescăruș Restaurant

From 1939 until now, the Pescăruș restaurant is at the top of the list when you think of a restaurant in Bucharest and even more so, a restaurant located on the shore of Lake Herăstrău. While the rest of the restaurants around Lake Herăstrău can be said to have been built in or around the park, the opposite can only be said about this restaurant - the park was built around the restaurant. It is the brainchild of architect Horia Creangă, the famous interbelic architect who signed plenty of monumental projects such as the Giulești Theater, the Obor Hall and the ARO building, where today's Cinema Patria is located.

The Pescăruș restaurant has always been a point of reference, representing the place that everyone knows about, where you can see actors, singers and celebrities and where you feel good, regardless of whether you come to an event, organize one or maybe you like to have lunch with colleagues.

The à la carte menu awaits you at any time with the best Mediterranean dishes, fish alongside Romanian and international dishes. We recommend having at least once in your life our beloved Sturgeon Soup, Marseille Soup and the Sea Bass in salt crust or turbot that is filleted right in front of you.
