RoDrift Arena Summer RaceFest 2025 – August 8-10, National Arena, Bucharest

This August, Bucharest transforms into the European epicentre of drifting and motorsport excitement with the RoDrift Arena Summer RaceFest 2025, held at the iconic National Arena – Arena Națională and its surrounding park from August 8 to 10. This event is one of the largest and most spectacular motorsport festivals in Romania, attracting over 80 drivers from six countries competing fiercely across four divisions: Pro, Semi Pro, Street Open, and Drift Kids.

What To Expect At The Arena Summer RaceFest 2025

For three adrenaline-filled days, the grounds surrounding National Arena will echo with the roar of engines and screech of tires, showcasing over 40,000 horsepower on the track. The competition marks the fourth round of the national Pro and Semi Pro championships, alongside the fifth round and season finals for the Street Open and Drift Kids categories.

One of the event’s highlights is the thrilling championship duel between Romanian driver Gabi Imre Jr. and Ukrainian Roman Zelinsky, which promises edge-of-your-seat excitement for motorsport fans. Equally captivating is the youngest competitor, 10-year-old Alexis Stan, in the Drift Kids division, poised to become Romania’s youngest drift champion in history.

The racecourse, carefully designed around the Arena, is approximately 1.2 kilometres long with medium difficulty, featuring two dedicated drift zones that challenge drivers’ skill and precision.
