Titan Pumpkin Fest returns to Bucharest from 16 to 18 October 2026, bringing five tonnes of pumpkins, creative workshops, costume parades and live music to Titan Park. The fourth edition combines autumn food, handmade gifts and activities for children and adults. Entry to the festival is free.
Where it happens
The festival takes place around the main stage in Titan Park and the Titan Stallion statue (Calul Titanilor), with access from Strada Liviu Rebreanu. Workshops, performances, artisan stalls and the food area are spread across this part of the park.
Four themed zones to explore
Explore four festival areas dedicated to creative workshops, stage performances, designers and artisans, and food. A themed photo corner adds an autumn backdrop for pictures between activities.
Five tonnes of pumpkins for carving and decorating
Five tonnes of pumpkins are at the heart of the 2026 festival. Children and adults can join carving and decorating activities to turn pumpkins into Halloween characters and autumn ornaments.
Creative activities run throughout the festival: Friday, 16 October, 14:00 to 20:00; Saturday, 17 October, 10:00 to 21:00; and Sunday, 18 October, 10:00 to 20:00.
Street food and autumn treats
The food area near the Titan Stallion statue brings together burgers, pizza, Mexican dishes and traditional pastries. Sweet and savoury options include langoși, doughnuts, Moldovan pies, kürtős kalács, churros and pancakes.
Freshly pressed grape must and mulled wine bring seasonal flavours to the drinks menu, alongside coffee, bubble tea and soft drinks.
Hands-on workshops for all ages
The workshop programme gives visitors plenty of ways to get creative, with activities including:
- Pumpkin carving and glitter pumpkin decorating
- Painting on wood and canvas
- Sand painting and ceramic painting
- Halloween mask-making and monster slime
- Halloween face painting
- Keychain-making
- Henna tattoos and colourful braids
- Music workshops
Pony rides and games for children
Pony rides take place in the wooded area beside the lake on Saturday, 17 October, and Sunday, 18 October, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Children can also explore a balloon-filled inflatable house, trampolines, a games caravan and virtual-reality activities.
The Autumn Photo corner
A themed photo corner brings autumn and Halloween decorations into the festival setting, offering a place for family photos during a walk around the stalls and activity areas.
Costume parades, live music and children’s theatre
Saturday, 17 October, brings the Cosplay Parade and a live concert by RVRSE. On Sunday, 18 October, visitors can join the Halloween Costume Parade and enjoy a concert by Antebellum.
Sunday’s children’s programme includes the musical theatre performance Halloween Pranks (Farse de Halloween) at 11:00.
Across Saturday and Sunday, local performers portraying characters from WICKED will also take part in a themed interactive experience.
Handmade gifts and autumn decorations
Browse handmade jewellery, scented candles, crocheted toys, seasonal decorations and Halloween accessories along the artisan alley. Some stalls also offer cotton items you can personalise on the spot with themed patches, including T-shirts and bags.
