‘Christmas Gifts’ – Fair with Craftsmen 8 – 10 December 2023, National Museum of the Romanian Peasant

Starting from Friday, December 8, until Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, dozens of great craftsmen, the most skilled potters, spoon makers, cobblers, confectioners, weavers, seamstresses, braiders, tanners, carvers, icon makers, carvers… they come from all areas of the country with beautiful things, only good to bargain.

At the Christmas Gifts Fair, you can admire and buy: toys, sticks, masks, ii, ornaments, opinci, barks, reed baskets, candlesticks, pots, icons, bowls, bowls, scarves, kettles, chimes, belts, bags, stills. medicinal, brandy… and more and more.

The price of the entrance ticket to the fair: adults – 12 lei; pensioners – 6 lei; pupils, students, holders of the Euro 26 card, up to 30 years old, adults with medium or mild disabilities – 3 lei.

The entrance to the fair is through Monetăriei Street.

Most of the stories speak of the gentle oxen, blessed by the Virgin to eat a little and be satisfied, and of the horses that dared to eat the hay from the naked body of the Holy Child, being cursed to never be satisfied and to have hard and sharp
